Just off my easel

On  May 4th I will displaying & selling my artwork at The Artisans in the Park at
28 Weiser Lane in Womelsdorf, PA 19567.

It is a fundraiser for the Conrad Weiser Homestead. The home of Johann Conrad Weiser, who enlisted the Iroquois on the British side in the French and Indian War.

So I thought it would be fitting to do a couple of paintings from the site.

On my Easel

The Path
24 x 30
Oil on canvas
I was working on this painting and decided to put it aside for a while. I Looked at it with fresh eyes and decided to re-work it. Now I'm really starting to feel it. It's finally going in the direction I envisioned. working this large for me is a challenge. I need to remember the larger you work the bigger brushes you need to use.
