Currently on my easel Night at the Spring House
This painting is definitely a challenge. Looking to play light against dark.
First pass, I started blocking in shapes, color and mood. I still need to add a little more glow to the building to add more depth.
This is a spring house located on Newcomen Rd. West Pikeland. It's a land mark I pass every day on my way home from work.

After painting on slate for the last month it felt good to get back to putting paint on paper.
